Properties: It is a pale yellow or milky - white liquid with water as the medium. The main active components are pyroantimonic acid (H₂Sb₂O₇) and triethanolamine (C₆H₁₅NO₃). It is soluble in water and is used for flame - retarding spinning solutions with DMF or acetone as solvents. It is easily soluble in DMF and acetone. It can serve as a highly efficient flame - retardant synergist for chemical fiber fabrics, plastics, paper, rubber, and copper - clad laminates, and can enhance the antistatic ability of plastics or other materials. This product is a general - purpose additive flame retardant.
